Order Processing Policy:
Please allow up to 48 hrs for orders to be processed and shipped.
Return Policy
All returns and exchanges must take place within 30 days of purchase. All exchanges and refund requests must be accompanied by proof of purchase with payment information and you must fill out the Return/Exchange Form. Please contact the store at (856) 778-8806 for a return authorization number and an RA form. NO RETURN WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RA NUMBER.
Shipping charges of any kind will not be refunded, and you the customer are responsible for any and all shipping charges that arise from this and all future transactions.
All merchandise must be returned in resalable condition. That means for soft goods, nothing must be worn more than trying it on. For hard goods, nothing can actually be used, bindings cannot be mounted on boards, boards must have the factory wax and be in factory condition. All components must be included. Packaged products must be unopened.
A 10% restocking fee may be applied at our discretion.
